Online & Phone Counselling

I understand that finding the time to attend appointments in person can be difficult for many people, and that's why I'm pleased to offer online and telephone counselling services. My goal is to make counselling as accessible as possible to anyone who needs it, regardless of their location or schedule.

Online counselling sessions take place through a secure and confidential video conferencing platform. This means that you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home, or wherever else you might be. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. My online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions, and many clients find that they are more convenient and flexible.

Particularly post-Covid, many people now make use of video conferencing platforms on a daily basis, with popular apps including WhatsApp, Zoom, Facetime, Skype, and others.

To ensure that your sensitive personal information is secure, and to comply with UK data protection legislation, online counselling sessions will be carried out using Zoom. I also use Bilateral Base for EMDR sessions.

Telephone counselling is another option I offer for clients who may not have access to reliable internet or who prefer not to use video conferencing. Telephone counselling sessions are conducted in the same way as in-person or online sessions, with a trained therapist who will guide the conversation and help you work through your concerns. This is a great option for those who prefer the anonymity and privacy of talking to a therapist over the phone.
